Meet the Team

Karen – Director of Operations
Karen is our Director of Operations & Licensed, Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from South Central College in 2005 and has been with PLD ever since. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and sweet pup Max, watching her girls dance, spending time outside and weekends at the family cabin. She also coaches the varsity dance teams at both Shakopee and Lakeville North.

Melinda – Patient Care Coordinator
Melinda is our fantastic patient and financial coordinator. She graduated with an Associate’s in Biomedical Technology and a Bachelor’s in Zoology. Melinda enjoys spending time with her 3 kiddos- Priscilla, Catalina and Vincent, her husband, cat & dog! In her free time, she loves spending time hiking, camping, gardening, anything outdoors will do!

Laura – Patient Care Coordinator
Laura graduated in 2023 with her associate’s degree in Administrative Assistance and has since found her passion as a Patient Care Coordinator. She loves connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable, and making the scheduling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Laura takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door. When she’s not at work, you can usually find Laura crafting with her cricut, baking, or relaxing with a good book. She also enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her family and friends and loves  to travel to Florida whenever she gets the chance. Laura owns her own small business bakery- a dream that has been a long time coming!

Angel- Patient Care Coordinator
Angel joined our crew in 2023 as our newest patient care coordinator! Originally from the Minneapolis area, she graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota in 2020. Angel grew up in a household that loves sports, especially the Yankees! In her free time, she loves staying active, whether it’s getting a workout in at Lifetime or out and about with her friends & family! 

Gabby – Lead Dental Hygienist and Marketing Coordinator
Gabby was born and raised in Chatfield, Minnesota. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the University of Minnesota- School of Dentistry in 2018, with her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Gabby is our girl behind everything social media, marketing & event planning here at PLD. She loves spending time with family/friends, working out, teaching cycle classes at Lifetime, working at Legends Golf Club, traveling & hanging out with her Great Dane, Finley! She is a proud homeowner and Prior Lake local. Her bubbly and charismatic personality will make you feel right at home!

Kay – Dental Hygienist
Kay is a dedicated dental hygienist with 17 years of experience, all of which she has proudly spent serving the Prior Lake community. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Mankato State University and is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients while supporting their oral health. Outside of the office, Kay enjoys spending time with her husband, their three adult children, and their grandson. At home, she’s kept company by their three cats. In her free time, she loves going out with friends, relaxing on a patio while listening to live music, and enjoying life – especially when it includes her favorite time of day: happy hour!

Tasha – Dental Hygienist
Tasha is originally from Rochester, MN and pursued her education at both Mankato State University and Argosy University. Currently residing in Burnsville with her husband and energetic two year old son, Everett! She balances her time between family life and personal interests. She finds joy in the great outdoors, indulging in boating adventures and traveling! Fitness also plays a significant role in her routine through regular workouts! With a dynamic blend of family, fitness and wanderlust, Tasha is here to embrace life’s adventures with enthusiasm and an open heart!

Kelli – Dental Hygienist
Kelli is a Licensed Dental Hygienist born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, with over 15 years of experience in the field. In 2009, Kelli relocated to Minnesota to pursue a career in dental hygiene, enrolling at Normandale Community College, where she earned an Applied Science degree. Kelli now lives in Prior Lake and loves being able to provide care to the area she lives in! While balancing a fulfilling career, Kelli is a proud parent of two children; Payton and Cruz.  Outside of work, she loves spending time on the lake, snowboarding, and participating in various activities with their kids.

Amanda – Dental Hygienist
Amanda is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our crew in 2020. She is ecstatic about being able to practice and serve the community in which she lives! She grew up in southwest Minnesota and graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2013. She’s passionate about all things health and wellness, and loves to educate patients on how their oral health impacts their overall health. When she’s not in the office, you can find her with her husband and their sweet and smiley toddler Casey, spending time on the lake with friends and family, cooking up something yummy in the kitchen, or coming up with new house projects for her husband!

Amanda – Dental Hygienist
Amanda is one of our experienced Dental Hygienists! She has been in the dental field for over 17 years. She is very passionate about teaching proper oral hygiene techniques to motivated patients and seeing the positive results firsthand! Amanda is most passionate about helping patients improve their overall oral health. When she is not in the office, you can find her spending quality time with her family. She enjoys fishing, camping, playing card games, and staying busy with her children’s activities – along with keeping up with her energetic German Shorthaired Pointer puppy. 

Megan – Dental Hygienist
Megan has been a Dental Hygienist for over 15 years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, she graduated from the University of Minnesota, where she received the Naomi Rhode Dental Hygienist Patient Relationship Award for outstanding patient care and was also a Golden Gopher cheerleader. Megan is passionate about preventive dentistry and enjoys helping patients better understand their oral health so they feel informed and at ease during their visits. She lives in Savage with her husband Mike, their children Mason and Monroe, and their pug, Bruce. Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, being near the water, walking Bruce, and movie nights at home.

Kim – Dental Assistant
Kim has been a Licensed Dental Assistant for the past 21 years here at Adelmann Dentistry. She graduated from Herzing College in 2003. Kim has her home in New Prague with her husband. She has 2 adult children and 3 grandsons. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys playing cards with various friend groups and going to baseball games. You can always find her doing anything outdoors: camping, ice fishing, traveling, and reading. Kim’s all-time favorite thing to do is to spoil her grandsons!

Courtney – Dental Assistant
Courtney is one of our charismatic Licensed Dental Assistants at PLD. She graduated with her Associates Degree from DCTC in 2012. She enjoys spending time with her two kids out on the lake, going to concerts, and cheering on her favorite Minnesota sports teams! You can likely find Courtney on the sidelines of her son’s many sporting events or in the front row watching her daughter light up the stage with her singing and acting talents!

Maggie – Dental Assistant
Maggie is a Licensed Dental Assistant who joined our crew in 2022. She graduated from Central Lakes College – Brainerd in 2020, with an Associates in Applied Science in Dental Assisting. Maggie enjoys all things fall, visiting friends and family up north, and making people laugh. In her free time, you can catch her at a concert, hockey game, or at the gym. Catch her being the life of the party at any PLD outing!

Ella – Dental Assistant
Ella is a Prior Lake native that graduated from Prior Lake High School and went on to be an athlete at the University of Minnesota. She has been our summer intern for the last three years during her time at college while gaining experience before applying to dental programs. She is currently pursuing her dental assisting degree through Herzing University and is so excited to be a part of the team that already feels like home! In her free time, she enjoys baking sweet treats for all of the important people in her life & spending time with her family!

Tegan – Dental Assistant
Tegan is a graduate of Farmington High School, where she was a competitive swimmer and an active participant in the MNCAPS healthcare program. Through the program, she earned her CNA certification while still in high school, demonstrating her early dedication to patient care and healthcare excellence. She always knew she wanted to work in the dental field and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles. After graduation, Tegan continued her education at Herzing University, where she earned her dental assisting degree and turned her lifelong goal into a career. She is excited to continue growing in the field and truly values being part of a team that feels like family. Outside of the office, Tegan enjoys attending concerts, spending quality time with friends and family, and taking long walks whenever she can.

Sarah – Dental Assistant
Sarah is an experienced Dental Assistant with over 28 years in the field. She is passionate about patient care and strives to create a welcoming, comfortable environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of the office, Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends. She is a proud mom of two daughters. In her free time, she especially enjoys soaking up the warm weather- relaxing on patios, listening to live music, and making memories with the people she loves. 

Emma – Sterilization Technician
Emma is originally from Montgomery, Minnesota, where she graduated from Tri-City United High School in 2023. She is our Sterilization Technician and a recent addition to to the team! Emma is currently studying Dental Hygiene at Herzing University. She enjoys staying active, especially through coaching volleyball and golfing. Outside of work and school, she values spending time with friends and family and cherishing every moment.
