Karen – Director of Operations

Karen is our Director of Operations & Licensed, Certified Dental Assistant, that graduated from South Central College. Karen enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and sweet pup Max, coaching, watching her girls dance, scrap booking, spending time outside and weekends at the family cabin. She coaches the varsity dance teams at both Shakopee and Lakeville North!

Melinda is our fantastic patient and financial coordinator. She graduated with an Associate’s in Biomedical Technology and a Bachelor’s in Zoology. Melinda enjoys spending time with her 3 kiddos- Priscilla, Catalina and Vincent, her husband, cat & dog! In her free time, she loves spending time hiking, camping, gardening, anything outdoors will do!

Gabby – Lead Dental Hygienist and Marketing Coordinator

Was born and raised in Chatfield, Minnesota. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the University of Minnesota- School of Dentistry in 2018, with her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Gabby is our girl behind everything social media, marketing & event planning here at PLD. She loves spending time with family/friends, playing volleyball, coaching for PLAY volleyball, working out, traveling and hanging out with her pup Finley! She is a proud homeowner and official resident in Prior Lake!

Tasha – Dental Hygienist 

Tasha is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined the crew in 2018. She graduated from Minnesota State-Mankato with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and earned her Associates in dental hygiene from Argosy University in 2017.  Tasha enjoys spending time with family, friends and her golden retriever,  being outside, working out, and going to country concerts.  Her son, Everett, enjoys keeping this momma on her toes!

Amanda – Dental Hygienist 

Amanda is ecstatic about being able to practice and serve the community in which she lives! Amanda graduated form The University of South Dakota in 2013. Outside the office, Amanda enjoys time on the lake with her husband and family, loving her sweet cat Opie, as well as checking out local restaurants and wineries. This Momma just welcomed her first baby boy, Casey, to her growing family in November, 2022!

Sydney is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from the University of Minnesota- School of Dentistry in 2018 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Syd joined the crew March of 2023! She purchased her first home across the river in Chanhassen, three years ago. Sydney loves her miniature daschund pup, Huie! Some of her passions include traveling, teaching youth group, running, sponsoring children in underserved countries and spending time with friends & family. Sydney has also completed 4 marathons!

Courtney – Dental Assistant

Courtney is one of our charismatic Licensed Dental Assistants at PLD. She graduated with her Associates Degree from DCTC. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids out on the lake, going to concerts, and cheering on her favorite Minnesota sports teams! You can likely find Courtney on the sidelines of her son’s soccer games or in the audience of her daughter’s plays!

Maggie is a Licensed Dental Assistant who joined our crew in 2022. She graduated from Central Lakes College – Brainerd in 2020, with an Associates in Applied Science in Dental Assisting. Maggie enjoys all things fall, visiting friends and family up north, and making people laugh. In her free time, you can catch her at a concert, hockey game, or playing some volleyball. She is looking forward to getting to know the PLD patients and becoming a part of the crew!

Alicia is a Dental Assistant who joined our crew in 2022. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health in 2014. Alicia is currently working towards her degree to become a Licensed Dental Assistant through Herzing University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking and running 5ks!
