Meet Our Doctors
Steven M. Sarles, DDS
My name is Dr. Steven Sarles and I am thrilled to be a part of this community. I grew up not too far from here in Eagan, Minnesota, and it is a privilege to have the opportunity to serve the people of this area.
I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota and my Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Madison. I have been fortunate enough to train on the latest technologies and treatments through my involvement with various dental organizations such as the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Seattle Study Club, and the Kois Institute. However, my commitment to my patients goes beyond the latest techniques and procedures. I believe in building relationships with each and every one of my patients and providing compassionate, individualized care.
As a dentist, I see my role as more than just fixing teeth. I'm passionate about serving my community and giving back to those in need. I regularly volunteer my time at Mission of Mercy in Burnsville and HOPE Dental Clinic to provide dental care for the underserved.
I'm incredibly honored to have been awarded Best Dentist in MN for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024, but what motivates me is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of my patients.
Outside of my profession, I'm a husband, and proud father to four young children, and spending time with my family is the highlight of my day. I'm also an avid sports fan and enjoy outdoor activities such as golfing, skiing, running, hunting, fishing, and finding any excuse to get on a lake!

Lauren O. Neitzke, DDS
Dr. Neitzke is originally from Excelsior, Minnesota. She received her bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Benedict prior to graduating with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota. She has practiced dentistry in the North Metro for 5 years prior to joining Prior Lake Dental. Dr. Neitzke enjoys getting to know her patients and their families and strives to make patients comfortable by listening to their concerns and providing them with the highest quality of dental care. She is passionate about helping patients restore their oral health and become happy with their smiles. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Neitzke enjoys spending time with her husband, Jon, and their two young children, Sylvia and Nolan. You can often find them playing at parks, biking and going for walks.
